We offer nutritional guidance and meal plans, fitness assessments and future goal setting, exercise guidance and much more.

Semi Private Training

Enjoy the benefits of private training but with a like-minded partner.

You will be motivated in a small group of 2-3 participants and is completely customised to meet your unique goals.

You still get the same benefits offered to our private clients with nutrition help and personalised goal setting – just with your own cheer squad!

Classes For All Fitness Levels

 

BE BODY STRONG CLASSES
45 minute classes designed to see you lifting weights and getting fit safely.
Learn true movement patterns with the help of an expert in a supportive environment.

Drop of the kids to school and do something for yourself with like-minded people. 

All exercises can be modified, all fitness levels welcome.

 

BOOTCAMP

Held outside in the fresh air, we incorporate a mixture of strength and cardio based activities in a fun group environment.

No session is ever the same! We use a mixture of battle ropes, kettlebells, tyres and bodyweight exercises, and keep you and your body guessing.

SUPER SATURDAY SESSION

This 45 minute class has minimal cardio exercises but plenty of weights and strength exercises! We use a mixture of bodyweight and weights while you workout, and as every class is different you will never get bored.

Learn how to lift weights correctly whilst getting fitter and stronger at the same time.
