Group Training Session – 1 session/45 minutes
All training includes:
- Strength and mobility exercises
- accountability and adherence to your program
- Nutrition advice
- Inclusion to the Renew PT VIP Community Facebook page – to meet other clients of Renew and get free workouts and recipes.
Class times are:
- Monday 2pm – 2.45pm
- Tuesday 10am – 10.45am
- Thursday 10am – 10.45am
- Friday 11am – 11.45am
- Saturday 7.30am – 8.15am
- Saturday 9am – 9.45am
One Semi-PT session with three or more people in the session. These sessions run at any times with your training partners.
