In studio group training sessions – Weekly Pass/ 5 x 45 minute classes PLUS nutrition support from an accredited Dietitian.

Time to look after yourself and get fit and healthy the sensible way – real exercise done properly and safely. All exercise programs are personalised to your needs but in a team environment. Need some accountability? Monthly check-ins so you can see your progress and stay motivated.

Includes:

  • Initial assessment of current eating habits
  • Meal options and changes based on personal needs and goals
  • Ongoing support throughout the week

Do the school run and come on in to the studio to spend some time on you!

  • 10.10am – 10.55am Monday
  • 10.10am – 10.55am Tuesday
  • 10.10am – 10.55am Wednesday
  • 1010am – 10.55am Friday
  • 9am – 9.45am Saturday
